Moving into the most important aspect of film-making, Level 3 delves into how to tell a story. Everything from the basic structure that all stories share to staging and cinematography. In Level 3 your student will learn the tools to take their ideas and transform them into a cohesive narrative that communicates a clear theme. We will explore the concepts of characters and why developing convincing personalities is essential to plot.

Prerequisite
The Animation Course, Levels 1 & 2
Level 3 can be experienced with any basic editing software, such as Windows Movie Maker or iMovie.

Software Requirements
There is free or low cost animation software available, but you will need access to a computer that will run it. You may also choose to run your own software as long as you are able to show your animation in a video. See our software recommendations here.
Session Dates
Sessions are usually around 12 weeks long.
